The last time these teams met was March 11, 2022, when Semyon Varlamov recorded 27 saves on 29 shots faced, and four Islanders recorded two-point games — including Brock Nelson, who tallied a goal and assist — in a 5-2 win at UBS Arena. A win in tonight’s matchup would be their first against a Central Division opponent since December 4, 2022 against Chicago.
