ANAHEIM DUCKS NOTES
TONIGHT’S GAME: The Anaheim Ducks conclude a two-game homestand tonight when they host the second edition of the 2022-23 Freeway Faceoff vs. the Los Angeles Kings at Honda Center (6 p.m. PT, TV: ESPN AUDIO: Ducks Stream). Anaheim enters tonight’s game with points in six of their last eight games (4-3-1) in addition to a 5-4-1 record the last 10 contests and points in eight of the last 12 overall (5-5-2). The Ducks penalty kill enters tonight having killed 20 of the last 22 penalties (91.0%) dating to Jan. 28 (spanning six games), third among NHL clubs. Anaheim continues its 11-game February schedule today (1-3-1 to date), consisting of four home and seven road contests. All-time, Anaheim is 154-127-35 in the month of February. Since the start of 2012-13, Anaheim is 57-48-13 in the month, earning points in 70 of the 118 contests (.593%). Following tonight’s game, the Ducks will embark on a four-game road trip beginning Monday, Feb. 20 at Florida (10 a.m. PT). The trip also includes visits to Tampa Bay (Tuesday, Feb. 21), Washington (Thursday, Feb. 23) and Carolina (Saturday, Feb. 25).

DUCKS-KINGS: Anaheim and Los Angeles hit the midway point of their three-game Freeway Faceoff season series tonight at Honda
Center. The three contests in 2022-23 mark the fewest scheduled in a single season between the two Southern California clubs, with
2019-20 also featuring the fewest games played (three, ANA was 2-1-0), with the fourth not being played due to the final contest being
cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. Anaheim has earned standings points in 30 of the last 45 overall meetings vs. Los Angeles (25-
15-5) dating to 2013-14 with 26 of the 45 games decided by one goal in that stretch. The Ducks own a 74-56-27 all-time record vs. the
Kings, including a 42-21-16 mark in Orange County. Cam Fowler (7-15=22 in 56 GP) leads active Ducks skaters in career scoring and
assists vs. the Kings and co-leads in goals alongside Jakob Silfverberg (7-12=19 in 37 GP). These two teams wrap up the Freeway
Faceoff Apr. 13 at Honda Center (7 p.m.).
