NEW YORK – Boston Bruins forward Taylor Hall has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for roughing Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin during NHL Game No. 1059 in Boston on Tuesday, March 29, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.
The incident occurred at 15:14 of the second period. Hall was assessed a minor penalty for roughing.
The money goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.
