New England Revolution to Host Eastern Conference Semifinal on Tuesday, Nov. 30 at Gillette Stadium

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution will begin the Audi 2021 MLS Cup Playoffs in the Eastern Conference Semifinal Round on Tuesday, November 30 with a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff at Gillette Stadium (FS1 and FOX Deportes). The top-seeded Revolution will host the winner of the Round One matchup between the Eastern Conference’s fourth and fifth seeds, New York City FC (No. 4) and Atlanta United FC (No. 5), which is slated for Sunday, Nov. 21.

As the Supporters’ Shield winners, the Revolution have earned a bye in the first round and secured homefield advantage throughout the Audi 2021 MLS Cup Playoffs, including the 2021 MLS Cup final should New England reach the championship match. If the Revolution advance to the Eastern Conference Final, the match will be hosted at Gillette Stadium on Saturday, Dec. 4 or Sunday, Dec. 5. If New England reaches MLS Cup, the final will take place at Gillette Stadium on Saturday, December 11 (3:00 p.m. ET – ABC, UniMás).

The New England Revolution won the 2021 Supporters’ Shield by posting the best regular season in MLS history. New England finished the year with 73 points, a new league mark, with a league-record 2.15 points per game. The club’s .750 winning percentage tied the best in league history, while the Revs also matched the club’s best-ever home record with a 12-2-3 mark in Foxborough. New England won the Eastern Conference by a 19-point margin, the largest in league history, while the team’s 12-point lead in the Supporters’ Shield standings tied the largest gap in MLS annals.
