Charlotte FC is the second team to draw five straight matches this season (New York City FC) while the last team to play six straight MLS draws was the Chicago Fire in March-April 2014.
CF Montreal Impact has suffered 1-0 defeats in each of its last tow home matches after a run of six straight home league wins, keeping clean sheets in all of those games. CF Montreal Impact has never been shutout in three straight home matches in the club’s history.
Karol Swiderski netted his fourth career MLS brace in Charlotte FC’s 2-2 draw with FC Cincinnati on Saturday. It was the 10th multi-goal game by a Charlotte FC player since the club joined MLS last season, with only four teams having more such individual performances in that time.
