RECENT REDBIRDS: The St. Louis Cardinals and visiting Los Angeles Dodgers play the opener of a four-game series tonight at Busch Stadium … Both the Cardinals and first place Dodgers are 8-2 in their last 10 games … St. Louis handed the Brewers a 3-0 shutout last night to win its third consecutive series (at Cubs, at Red Sox, vs. Brewers).
