Houston Dash announce three roster moves

NEED TO KNOW:  

·       MF Emily Ogle has been cleared to return to action after rehabilitating ACL injury 

·       MF Hannah Diaz has been waived 

·       MF Natalie Jacobs released from National Team Replacement Player contract  

HOUSTON – The Houston Dash have made three roster moves this week, the team announced today.  

Midfielder Emily Ogle has been cleared to return to full training after suffering an ACL injury last season. The midfielder joined the Dash in 2021 following a trade with Portland. Ogle appeared in 11 matches and had seven starts across all competitions last season before the season-ending injury in August.  

Houston waived midfielder Hannah Diaz. Diaz joined the Dash last summer after spending three years in France’s Division 1 Féminine and appeared in two games for the Dash.  

Midfielder Natalie Jacobs was released from her National Team Replacement Player contract with the return of forward Paulina Gramaglia from international duty with the U-20 Argentina Women’s National Team. Gramaglia made her debut with the U-20 Argentina WNT for the 2022 South American Under-20 Women’s Football Championship where she also scored a goal. 

TRANSACTIONS: The Houston Dash waived MF Hannah Diaz and released MF Natalie Jacobs from her National Team Replacement Player contract.
