TOP TEN AGAIN: OREGON, who was off last week, were ranked 9th in the AP Top 25 this week. It’s the 5th straight week that the Ducks have been ranked in the Top 10, their longest streak since finishing the 2014 season in the Top 10 in each of the final 10 polls. ARIZONA STATE moved up 4 spots this season to a season-high #18. It is the highest ranking for the Sun Devils since they were #17 in the October 13, 2019 poll.
HALFWAY HOME: Some outlets released their midseason Al-America teams this week. ESPN had USC WR Drake London, UTAH LB Devin Lloyd, and ARIZONA STATE LB Darien Butler make the team. On3 also named London and Lloyd while adding OREGON Safety Verone McKinley III.
CAMPING OUT: ARIZONA STATE DE Tyler Johnson took home the Walter Camp FBS National Defensive Player of the Week after racking up 3.5 TFL, 2 sacks and a forced fumble against Stanford. The 5th Sun Devil to earn a Walter Camp national player of the week award and the first since Jayden Daniels in November 2019.
MAKING AN IMPACT: UTAH LB Devin Lloyd was also named the Lott IMPACT Trophy Player of the Week after collecting 8 tackles, 1 TFL and a pass breakup as the Utes beat USC in Los Angeles for the first time since 1916. It’s the 2nd national weekly award for Lloyd this season, after taking home the Reese’s Senior Bowl Defensive Player of the Week on September 27th.
ROSE-Y RESULT: WASHINGTON STATE QB Jayden de Laura had a career-high 399 pass yards and 3 TD in their win over Oregon State and was named the Rose Bowl Game Pac-12 Player of the Week.

DIVISION TIEBREAKER PROCEDURES
Two-Team Tie
1. Head-to-head results.
a. If no game is played between the two tied teams or that game ends in a tie, the following tie breaking procedures shall be applied.
2. Record in games played within the division.
3. Record against the next highest placed team in the division (based on record in all games played within the Conference), proceeding through the division.
4. Record in common conference games.
5. Total number of wins in a 12-game season. The following conditions will apply to the calculation of the total number of wins:
a. Only one win against a team from the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision or lower division will be counted annually.
b. Any games that are exempted from counting against the annual maximum number of football contests per NCAA rules. (current Bylaw 17.10.5.2.1)
6. Highest ranking by SportSource Analytics (team Rating Score metric) following the last weekend of regular-season games.
7. Coin toss.
Multiple-Team Ties
In the event of a tie for a division championship between more than two teams, the following procedure will only be used to eliminate all
but two teams, at which point the two-team tiebreaking procedure will be applied:
1. Head-to-head (best record in games among the tied teams).
2. Record in games played within the division.
3. Record against the next highest placed team in the division (based on record in all games played within the conference), proceeding through the division.
4. Record in common conference games.
5. Highest ranking by SportSource Analytics Following the last weekend of regular-season games.
