MLB Preview: Boston Red Sox (26-24) at Arizona Diamondbacks (29-21)

BOSTON RED SOX NOTES:

STATE OF THE SOX: The Red Sox have lost 4 consecutive games following a 4-game winning streak from 4/29-5/6. They have been outscored 20-4 in the last 4 games, after outscoring opponents 31-10 in the previous 4. The current losing streak ties the Sox’ longest of the season (also 4/10-13 and 5/12-15)…Their last losing streak of 5+ games was from 9/21-26/22 (6 games).
