• Kaprizov reached the 10-goal mark in 13 games this season, trailing only Brian Rolston (12 GP in 2006-07) for the fewest games needed to hit the mark in franchise history.

• Kaprizov scored eight goals through the first 10 games of the season, the second-highest 10-game total in Wild history trailing only Rolston (nine goals, 2006-07).

• Since the start of the 2021 season, Kaprizov ranks fifth in the NHL with 128 points and sixth with 57 goals.

• Per NHLStats, the Russian became the fastest player in Wild history to record 50 career power-play points, doing so in 142 career games. The record previously belonged to Marian Gaborik, who did so in 186 games.

STONE-COLD KIRILL-ER
• Kirill Kaprizov’s game-winning goal in overtime vs. Vancouver (Oct. 20) marked his third overtime goal since the start of the 2021-22 season, tied for fifth-most in the NHL during that span (Connor McDavid, five; Alex DeBrincat, four; Steven Stamkos, four; Shea Theodore, four).

• Kaprizov currently stands at nine career overtime points in a Wild sweater, tied with Kevin Fiala for fourth-most in franchise history.

• Kaprizov ranks tied for second in franchise history with five OT goals, trailing teammate Matt Dumba (six career OT goals with the Wild). Five of his 10 career game-winning goals have come in overtime.

• Kaprizov’s five career overtime goals trail only Alex DeBrincat and Connor McDavid (seven each) for the most among all skaters since he entered the NHL in 2020-21.

MATS-TER OF HIS CRAFT
• Mats Zuccarello skated in the 700th career game of his NHL career at Los Angeles (Nov. 8). Per #NHLStats, became the third active undrafted player to reach the mark, joining Toronto’s Mark Giordano and Winnipeg’s Brenden Dillon

• Zuccarello recorded a point in all five games to start the 2022-23 season, the longest season-opening point streak of his 13-year NHL career. Only four other skaters in Wild history have posted such a streak to open a season:

• With two goals against Vancouver (10/20), the Norwegian recorded his fifth multi-goal game since joining the Wild in 2019-20. Only Kirill Kaprizov (13 times), Kevin Fiala (11 times) and Joel Eriksson Ek (seven times) have more multi-goal performances during that span.

• Zuccarello scored a goal in the season opener vs. the N.Y. Rangers, marking the second time he has found the net in the first game of the season (10/13/16 vs NYI).

• In 2021-22, Zuccarello recorded the second most assists in franchise history (55) and his point total (79) was T-4th most in team history.

FREDDY STAYS READY
• Frederick Gaudreau tallied a point in four consecutive games (2-2=4) from Nov.13 – 19, tying a career-best streak set from April 12 – 17, 2022.

• Gaudreau leads Minnesota with a 50.0 faceoff percentage (min. 100 faceoffs), winning 115 of 230 faceoffs this season

• Gaudreau is one of 14 NHL players to record eight or more points without serving a penalty minute this season.

• Fleury notched the 62nd shootout win of his career at Chicago (Oct. 30), surpassing Hendrik Lundqvist for first all-time among NHL goalies.

• In a 3-1 win over Montreal (Oct. 25), Fleury reached 944 career appearances and surpassed Curtis Joseph for sole possession of sixth place on the NHL’s all-time goaltender appearance list.

• Fleury faced his 28th career penalty-shot attempt vs. Montreal (10/25). Per NHL Stats, Fleury’s 22 saves on 28 all-time attempts trail only Roberto Luongo (33 PS SA, 29 PS saves) for the all-time lead in both categories.

• Fleury reached 25 wins for the 13th time in his career in 2021- 22. Only two NHL goalies have recorded more 25+ win seasons in NHL history: Martin Brodeur (15) and Patrick Roy (14).

• Has notched 14 career 20+ win seasons, fourth most in NHL history: Roy (17), Brodeur (16) and Ed Belfour (15).

• Earned a win against every NHL team after 2-1 victory at VGK (1/8/22).
