CHICAGO – The Chicago White Sox announced the following four roster moves:
- Outrighted OFs Clint Frazier and Trayce Thompson to Class AAA Charlotte;
- Declined the $15-million club option on RHP Liam Hendriks ($15-million buyout);
- RHP Mike Clevinger declined his $12-million mutual option ($4-million buyout).
Following the moves, the White Sox 40-man roster decreases to 36.
