MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have returned outfielder/first baseman Alex Kirilloff from his rehab assignment, reinstated him from the 10-day Injured List and optioned him to Triple-A St. Paul.
Kirilloff began this season on the IL while recovering from right wrist surgery and hit a combined .316 (12-for-38) with one double, four home runs, 12 RBI, seven walks, 10 runs scored, a .447 on-base percentage and a 1.105 OPS in 11 rehab games between Low-A Fort Myers (4 games) and the Saints (7 games).
