MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins announced tonight that they have optioned right-handed pitcher Bailey Ober to Triple-A St. Paul.
Ober was recalled prior to yesterday’s game against the Washington Nationals and made the start, earning the 3-1 win after allowing one run on three hits, with three walks and four strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work.
The Twins will make a corresponding move prior to tomorrow night’s game against the New York Yankees at Target Field.
