Florida vs Colorado
The Panthers are going up against another very good team in the Avalanche. The one problem with the Avalanche forward group is that most of their productive comes from the Nathan Mackinnon line. Aside from this line, they do not receive much offensively from the other three lines. They usually don’t need the secondary scoring as Mackinnon is good enough to carry a team on his own, however, the Panthers are a different animal. We like the panthers as a small road dog in this one, but feel the over is the better play.
Vancouver vs New Jersey
Vancouver has been an elite offensive team this year, with star players like Elias Pettersson, JT Miller, and Quinn Hughes near the league lead in points, with Brock Boeser near the league lead in goals. Their stars have produced all season, their depth is contributing, and the Devils do not pose a major threat in terms of defense and goaltending. Vancouver should have no issues scoring, but expect New Jersey to join in on the fun.
Boston vs Tampa Bay
The Boston Bruins are coming off of a home loss allowing 6 goals in their last game. The Bruins have just three losses at home. Boston has scored 5 goals in two of their last three games. Tampa Bay has scored 4 goals in two of their last three games. The value is in the total. in this game.
Buffalo vs Pittsburgh
We think the Penguins will win this game at home against the visiting Sabres the Penguins are 6-3-1 SU in the last 10 head to head games against the Buffalo Sabres. We will go with the better team in this one. Give us the Penguins.
