Pirates roster moves

The Pirates today made the following roster moves:

• Claimed RHP Eli Villalobos off waivers from the Marlins – STATS
  Was optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis
• To make room on the 40-man roster, the Pirates transferred INF Oneil Cruz to the 60-day Injured List – STATS
• The 40-man roster remains at 40.
