The Ducks opened a four-game homestand with a 5-3 loss to the Florida Panthers Sunday night at Honda Center. Adam Henrique and Ryan Strome scored goals 27 seconds apart in the second period to erase a two-goal deficit and tie the game at 2-2. Henrique’s goal marked his fourth goal of the season and his fourth the past four games (4-0=4). Strome also added an assist, marking two multi-point efforts in his past three games (2-2=4) and points in four of his last five games (3-3=6). Troy Terry extended his assist streak to a career-long five games after recording an assist. Isac Lundestrom scored his first goal of the season on his first career penalty shot at 18:46 in the third (shorthanded). John Klingberg earned an assist to push his point streak to four games (0-5=5). John Gibson stopped 43 shots, his second contest with 40-or-more saves (also Oct. 12 vs. SEA, 44 saves).

ANAHEIM DUCKS NOTES
TONIGHT’S GAME: The Anaheim Ducks continue a four-game homestand tonight vs. the Minnesota Wild at Honda Center (7 p.m. PT, TV: TNT & Bally Sports West AUDIO: Ducks Stream). The Ducks enter tonight’s game with wins in three of the last five games (3-2-0) and 21 goals during that stretch. Anaheim owns an all-time record of 1,025-879-302, including 576-380-145 at home and 449-499-156 away from Orange County. Anaheim continues a 14-game November schedule with seven home and seven road contests (2-2-0 in the month to date). Anaheim also enters tonight’s game tied for the fewest home contests in the NHL (4) while playing the most road contests to date (9, also FLA). Adam Henrique enters tonight’s game one goal from 100 goals as a Duck where he can become the 10th player in franchise history to reach the milestone. TERRY TALK: Right Wing Troy Terry leads Anaheim in points this season (5-12=17) and ranks tied for ninth in assists and 10th among NHL leaders in scoring. He also ranks tied for second among NHL skaters in even-strength points (4-10=14) and co-leads in even-strength assists (10). The Denver native is currently riding a career-best five-game assist streak (1-7=8), surpassing his prior best of four straight games with an assist Nov. 9-16, 2021 (3-4=7). In addition to his point streak, Terry has also recorded 2-9=11 points his last seven games (three multi-point efforts). Terry has begun the season with points in each of Anaheim’s first four home games (3- 4=7), including multiple points in each of his first two home contests (1-2=3 Oct. 12 vs. SEA & 1-1=2 Oct. 26 vs. TBL), the seventh player in Ducks history to post multiple points in each of his team’s first two home games of a season. GENERATION Z: Center Trevor Zegras leads the Ducks in goals (7) and ranks second among team leaders with 7-5=12 points. Zegras also scored 5-4=9 points his last eight games, while he recorded points in a career-tying four straight games Oct. 30-Nov. 5 (3-4=7), matching his prior streak set Apr. 24-29, 2022 (2-2=4). Zegras recorded his fifth career multi-goal game Oct. 30 vs. TOR (2-0=2), including his second career OT goal. Zegras enters tonight leading the NHL with two shootout goals this season and eight shootout goals the last two seasons after leading the NHL in shootout goals in 2021-22 (6).

GIBBY’S GAME: John Gibson entered Tuesday’s games leading NHL goalies in saves (321) while he also paces NHL goalies with two assists (five other goaltenders have one assist).Gibson earned his fifth career helper, the primary assist, on Troy Terry’s OT winning goal Oct. 12 vs. SEA and tied J.S. Giguere for second in Ducks all-time goaltender assists with his sixth career helper Nov. 3 @ VAN. Gibson stopped his eighth career penalty shot (10th attempt) against Alexander Kerfoot Oct. 30 vs. TOR. He has stopped an NHL-leading six penalty shots since the start of 2020-21, with two goalies tied with three penalty shot saves (Connor Hellebuyck, WPG & Frederik Andersen, CAR/TOR).

STOLIE SAVES: Anthony Stolarz has won back-to-back starts, both at San Jose, stopping a combined 96 shots in the victories. He set a career high 48 saves Nov. 5 @ SJS, surpassing his prior high of 46 in a shutout win Apr. 12, 2021 @ SJS. Stolarz has stopped 40-or-more shots in each of his three starts, including Nov. 5 @ SJS (48), Nov. 1 @ SJS (44) and Oct. 18 @ NJD (41).

M(A)C ATTACK: Rookie center Mason McTavish has picked up 1-6=7 points, ranking tied for second among Ducks leaders in assists this season (also John Klingberg). Among NHL rookies, McTavish ranks tied for second in points (7) and primary assists (3), and tied for fourth in assists, while his 56.0 FOW% is fourth among league newcomers (min. 20 attempts). McTavish scored his first goal of 2022-23 last night, Nov. 5 @ SJS (1-1=2), as part of his second career multi-point game (also Oct. 13, 2021 vs. WPG; 1-1=2).

GO SHORTY: Isac Lundestrom scored his first goal of the season on his first career penalty shot attempt Nov. 6 vs. FLA, netting his fifth career shorthanded goal. The 20th career penalty shot in Ducks history came on his 23rd birthday. Lundestrom has scored five shorthanded goals since the start of the 2021-22 season, tied with Alex Formenton, Adam Lowry and Trevor Moore for the most in the NHL over that span.

KLING-ON: Defenseman John Klingberg has tallied assists in four straight games to open November (0-5=5), leading Ducks blueliners in scoring and assists and ranking tied for second among team leaders in assists. The only Ducks defensemen in the past 10 years with a longer point streak are Kevin Shattenkirk (five straight games in 2021-22), Cam Fowler (five games in 2020-21) and Ben Lovejoy (five games in 2013-14). Among defensemen selected in the 2010 NHL Draft, Klingberg leads in career points (71-310=381), assists, primary assists (159), PPP (150), PPA (131) and OT goals (6).

FEATURING FOWLER: Defenseman Cam Fowler leads Anaheim in TOI/game (24:25) and SH TOI/game (3:14), while he has led the club in TOI in 10 of the 13 contests to date. His 27.7 shifts per game also pace the club. In 2021-22, Fowler led Anaheim in TOI/game (24:25) while he led the Ducks in shifts per game the last two seasons: 2021-22 (27.4) and 2020-21 (27.3).
