- Auston Matthews registered two assists on Sunday. Matthews extended his point streak to six games where he has posted 10 points (5G, 5A). Matthews has recorded a multi-point game in three-consecutive outings and has posted 22 multi-point games this season.
- Morgan Rielly recorded the primary assist on Tavares’ second power play goal of the game. Rielly has posted three assists through his last two games.
