LAST DALLAS STARS GAME
March 31, 2023 – STARS 5 at COYOTES 2
Led by forward Jason Robertson’s historic four-point night (1-3—4), the Stars came away with a 5-2 victory over the Arizona Coyotes at Mullett Arena on Friday night. Robertson’s lone goal – his third point of the night – gave him his 94th point of the season, (42-52—94), surpassing Mike Modano (50-43—93) for the most points in a single season in Dallas Stars history (1993-present). Forward Joe Pavelski (1-0—1) opened the scoring with his 23rd goal of the season just 1:23 into the game, while forwards Roope Hintz (1-1—2), Jamie Benn (1-0—1) and Max Domi (1-0–1) rounded out the scoring. Defenseman Miro Heiskanen (0-3—3) recorded his 16th multiassist game of the season, while fellow blueliner Esa Lindell (0-2—2) added two helpers. Goaltender Jake Oettinger recorded his 33rd victory of the season with 16 saves on 18 shots.

TONIGHT’S GAME: The Stars close out their back-to-back set tonight against the Colorado Avalanche at Ball Arena (8 p.m. CT, TV: Bally Sports Southwest Extra, Radio: The Ticket 96.7-FM/1310-AM). This is Dallas’ penultimate set of back-to-backs this season (nine of 10 in all) and the final time the club faces Colorado this season. The Stars are 1-1-1 against the Avs this season, including a 4-1 loss at Ball Arena on Nov. 26, 2022. Following tonight’s game, the Stars will return to Dallas to open a three-game homestand beginning Monday against Nashville.
