Corbin Burnes yesterday was named NL Pitcher of the Month for July after going 4-1 with a 1.85 ERA in 6 starts as opponents hit just .115 (15-for-130) with 13 BB and 47 K (39 IP)…..Burnes won the award for the first time in his career…..Devin Williams was named NL Reliever of the Month for July as he posted a 1.54 ERA and 10 saves in 12 games…..he held opponents to a .171 AVG (7-for-41) with 4 BB and 21 K (11.2 IP)…..Williams won the award for the third time in his career (also Sept. 2020 and Aug. 2021).

Taking Care of Business
