MAKING HISTORY
In Wednesday’s win at Cincinnati, switch-hitting Josh Bell hit a solo home run to lead off the 4th inning from the left side and added a 3-run shot from the right side in the 8th to tie the game. Became the first player in Marlins history to homer from both sides of the plate in the same game. Bell also became the first player in the Majors this season to homer from both sides of the plate in the same game. It was last done by NYM’s Francisco Lindor on April 15, 2022 vs. ARI.
