The Dutch Gaming Authority imposes a binding designation of hosting provider DigitalOcean. With this designation, the provider is ordered to stop and stop its services to illegal affiliate websites. The Ksa has conducted extensive research into the promotion of affiliates over the past two years.
DigitalOcean must stopp the service to the illegal affiliates within four weeks of sending the designation. If this is not the case, the Ksa can impose a follow-up sanction, for example a charge-of-fuck and/or a fine.
