LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled right-handed pitcher J.P. Feyereisen and optioned right-handed pitcher Landon Knack.

Feyereisen, 31, was recalled for his third stint with the Dodgers this season. He is 0-1 on the season, allowing six runs in 1.1 innings. He has appeared in seven games with Triple-A Oklahoma City, allowing four runs in 10.2 innings with nine strikeouts. He is in his fourth Major League season with stints with Milwaukee (2020-21), Tampa Bay (2021-22) and Los Angeles (2024), and he is a combined 8-5 with a 2.87 ERA and 86 strikeouts in 91.0 innings. He was originally drafted in the 16th round of the 2014 First Year Player Draft out of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Knack, 26, pitched last night, allowing one earned run in 5.0 innings in the no-decision. He made three starts for the Dodgers, posting a 1-1 record with a 2.81 ERA and 11 strikeouts in 16.0 innings. Last season, he split the campaign between Double-A Tulsa and Triple-A Oklahoma City and went a combined 5-1 with a 2.51 ERA and 99 strikeouts in 100.1 innings. He has made 58 appearances (53 starts) in the minor leagues, and he has racked up 277 strikeouts in 243 innings while opponents have hit .236 against the Tennessee native. He was drafted by the Dodgers in the second round of the 2020 First Year Player Draft out of East Tennessee State University.
