CHICAGO – The Chicago White Sox have declined to tender 2025 contracts to right-handed pitcher Enyel De Los Santos and infielder/outfielder Gavin Sheets.

De Los Santos, 28, appeared in 15 games with the White Sox in 2024 after being claimed off waivers from New York-AL on August 17, recording a 3.63 ERA (7 ER/17.1 IP) with nine walks, 13 strikeouts and one hold.

Sheets, 28, hit .233/.303/.357 (105-451) with 24 doubles, 10 home runs, 45 RBI and 35 runs scored in 139 games played last season, his fourth with the Sox. He has batted .230/.295/.385 (299-1,299) with 46 homers and 175 RBI in 435 games over four seasons with the White Sox after being selected in the second round of the 2017 First-Year Player Draft.

All remaining unsigned players on the White Sox 40-man roster have been tendered contracts for the 2025 season.

Following the moves, the Sox 40-man roster decreases to 37.
