ANAHEIM, Calif. – Prior to tonight’s series opener at the Los Angeles Angels, the Chicago White Sox announced the following two roster moves:

  •  Returned from injury rehabilitation assignment and reinstated from the 60-day injured list (1): 3B Yoán Moncada;
  •  Optioned to Class AAA Charlotte (1): OF Corey Julks.

Moncada has appeared in 17 rehab games, including the last 12 with Charlotte, going 22-56 (.393) with six doubles, one home run, eight RBI and six walks. Julks is hitting .214 (37-173) with seven doubles, three home runs and 14 RBI in 66 games this season, his first with the White Sox.

Following the moves, Chicago’s 40-man roster increases to 40.
