- C Stevie Berman
- INF Vinny Capra
Berman, 28, signed a Minor League deal with the Blue Jays last April and played in 67 games for Triple-A Buffalo last summer, batting .215 with 22 extra-base hits and 28 RBI. The 6-2, 225 lb. catcher was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2016 out of Santa Clara University. Berman has played in six Minor League seasons, hitting .234 while throwing out 33 of 146 attempted stolen bases.
Capra, 26, spent most of his 2022 campaign with Triple-A Buffalo but was called up for his Major League debut as part of an eight-game stint with Toronto in May. The Melbourne, FL, native was selected by the Blue Jays in the 20th round of the 2018 First-Year Player Draft. Over the course of 310 Minor League contests, the 5-8, 175 lb. infielder has batted .268 with a .747 OPS.
