Blue Jays makes several roster moves

The Toronto Blue Jays have made the following roster moves:

• RHP Thomas Hatch has been recalled from Triple-A Buffalo and will be active for tonight’s game
• RHP Jay Jackson has been optioned to Triple-A Buffalo
