- INF Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (US $7,900,000)
- OF Teoscar Hernández (US $10,650,000)
- C Danny Jansen (US $1,950,000)
- LHP Tim Mayza (US $1,250,000)
- RHP Trevor Richards (US $1,000,000)
- RHP Ross Stripling (US $3,790,000)
- RHP Trent Thornton (US $850,000)
The Blue Jays have no remaining arbitration-eligible players on the 40-man roster.
