New York Giants Week 5 Game Release

The New York Giants travel to Dallas to take on the Cowboys this Sunday, Oct. 10 at 4:25 p.m. ET in AT&T Stadium. This is the 118th regular season matchup between the two clubs, with the Giants trailing the series, 46-69-2. The teams last met on Jan. 3, 2021, when the Giants defeated the Cowboys, 23-19, in MetLife Stadium. Joe Judge: Joe Judge was named the 19th head coach in Giants history. Judge, 39, brings 16 years of coaching experience to his first head coaching the job.
2020 SEASON: The Giants finished Judge’s first season as head coach in second place in the NFC East at 6-10, their best record since they were 11-5 in 2016. That included a 3-5 mark in MetLife Stadium, their finest home record since they were 7-1, also in 2016.

Jason Garrett: Garrett is in his second season as the Giants’ offensive coordinator. It his second stint with the team as he was the Giants’ backup quarterback from 2000-03.

2020 SEASON: In 2020, Garrett coached in the NFC East for the 14th straight season. The offense helped the Giants finish with a 4-2 record in the division, their best since 2016. The Giants swept NFC East foes Dallas, Philadelphia and Washington at home for the first time since 2005.
