New Jersey opens its 41st season since relocating to the Garden State from Colorado in 1982-83. New Jersey earned a franchise record 52 wins and 112 points in the standings last season. The Devils open their third back-to-back set, and first road trip for the 2023-24 campaign (4 games). Jersey’s team tied a franchise record 28 road wins (28-9-4) last season. Prior to 2023-24, the team won 28 road games (28-10-3) in 1998-99. Jersey’s team did not suffer a shutout in 2022-23, and the last time the team was shutout was on Apr. 24, 2022, in a 3-0 loss to Detroit at the Rock.
