The Ducks swept their four-game road trip Monday night at PPG Paints Arena with a 4-3 comeback win over the Penguins. This marks the Ducks’ first perfect trip of four games in the Eastern time zone or more since Dec. 17-23, 2013 (4-0-0 through DET, NJD, NYI, WSH). Mason McTavish tallied a season-high two goals and three points (2-1=3), including his first career shorthanded goal (GWG) with 12.8 seconds remaining in regulation, the fifth game-winning SHG at 19:47 or later of the third period. Jakob Silfverberg tallied Anaheim’s first goal of the night, marking his first of the season in his 700th career game as a Duck. Frank Vatrano recorded his team-leading ninth goal of the season, and fourth his last two games (4-0=4, +3). Paval Mintyukov recorded his first career multi-point game with two assists (0-2=2). Ryan Strome earned his team-leading ninth assist of the season and pushed his point streak to five games, while Cam Fowler, Adam Henrique and Max Jones also recorded assists. TONIGHT’S GAME: The Anaheim Ducks begin a five-game homestand tonight vs. the Arizona Coyotes at Honda Center (7 p.m. PT, TV: Bally Sports SoCal, AUDIO: Ducks Stream). Anaheim enters tonight’s game with four straight wins, the first such win streak since eight consecutive victories Oct. 31 to Nov. 16, 2021. The Ducks open their 14-game November schedule and conclude a stretch of seven games in 12 nights. Following tonight’s game, the Ducks will continue the homestand when they host Vegas on Sunday, Nov. 5 (5 p.m. PT). The stretch at home also includes visits from Pittsburgh on Tuesday, Nov. 7 (7 p.m. PT), Philadelphia on Friday, Nov. 10 (7 p.m. PT) and San Jose on Sunday, Nov. 12 (5 p.m. PT).

CARDIAC COMEBACKS: Anaheim has three wins this season after trailing in the third period, the most in the NHL, all having come during the four-game road trip. The Ducks became the 10th team in NHL history to score twice in the final two minutes of regulation with the goalie pulled to win the game Oct. 26 @ BOS. Anaheim scored two goals in the final 1:55 of regulation, both with the sixth attacker (6-on-5), marking the first time in club history (regular season or playoffs) the Ducks have won a game when trailing by multiple goals with less than two minutes left in regulation. Anaheim’s three comeback wins in a span of four games Oct. 24-30 mark the third time in club history the team has done so. The only prior instances came March 15-20, 2015 and March 20-26, 2011. Only 82 instances in NHL history have clubs won three games in a span of four contests after trailing in the third period. The Ducks became the 13th team in NHL history to win consecutive road games in OT after trailing in the third period of each contest (last: TBL, Oct. 14, 2021 (7-6 OTW @ DET) and Oct. 16, 2021 (2-1 OTW @ WSH). Anaheim forced OT after trailing by two goals with 1:55 in regulation to earn 4-3 OT victory, Oct. 26 @ BOS. The Ducks also overcame a 2-1, third-period deficit with 3:47 left in regulation and earned a 3-2 OT win Oct. 24 @ CBJ. DUCKS-COYOTES: Anaheim and Arizona faceoff for the second of three meetings 2023-24, the first of two matchups at Honda Center. The Ducks opened the 2023-24 series with a 2-1 loss at Mullett Arena 12 days ago (Oct. 21). Frank Vatrano scored the club’s lone goal and Lukas Dostal stopping 25-of-27 shots. Anaheim owns an all-time record of 83-43-21 vs. the Coyotes, including a 46-16-6 mark with points in 13 of their last 15 meetings in Orange County. The 83 wins and 192 points mark the most Anaheim has recorded vs. a single opponent. John Gibson has helped the Ducks pick up points in 14 of his 19 career appearances vs. Arizona, posting a 9-4-5 record with two shutouts, a 2.43 GAA and a .918 SV%. Cam Fowler paces active Ducks skaters in scoring (9-27=36) and assists, while Adam Henrique (11-5=16, 24 GP) leads current Ducks in career goals.
