ROSTER MOVE: The Twins have recalled right-handed pitcher Josh Winder from Triple-A St. Paul…Winder, 26, went 0-2, 7.36 ERA (7.1 IP, 6 ER), four walks and 12 strikeouts in five ap- pearances for the Saints since July 5…he has gone 1-0, 4.76 ERA (5.2 IP, 3 ER), three walks and seven strikeouts in four games across three prior stints with the Twins this season…to make room for Winder on the 26-man roster, the Twins optioned right-handed pitcher Oliver Ortega to the Saints last night…Ortega went 0-1 with one hold, a 4.50 ERA (14.0 IP, 7 ER), four walks and 14 strikeouts in nine appearances for Minnesota this season.
