The Pirates today made the following roster moves:
- Returned LHP Joe**José Hernández **(right calf strain) from his rehabilitation assignment and activated him from the 15-day Injured List – STATS
- Following Wednesday’s game, optioned RHP Yohan Ramirez to Triple-A Indianapolis – STATS
- On Wednesday, the Pirates also ended the rehabilitation assignment of RHP **Wil Crowe **(right shoulder discomfort), reinstated him from the 60-Day IL and designated him for assignment – STATS
- The 40-man roster remains at 40.
