WHITE SOX AT A GLANCE
The Chicago White Sox have lost 13 of their last 20 games as they conclude a seven-game trip this afternoon at Oakland.
RHP Touki Toussaint is scheduled to start for the White Sox, who are in fourth place in the American League Central, 6.5 games behind division-leading Minnesota.
The Sox are 2-4 on the trip, losing the first two games of this series after splitting a four-game series at Los Angeles-AL.

Prior to today’s game, the White Sox placed RHP Michael Kopech on the 15-day injured list (retro to 6/29) with right shoulder inflammation and selected the contract of RHP Bryan Shaw from Class AAA Charlotte … to make room for Shaw on the 40-man roster, the Sox transferred INF Romy Gonzalez (right shoulder inflammation) to the 60-day injured list.
YESTERDAY’S RECAP
Tyler Wade scored from second base on Elvis Andrus’ fielding error with two outs in the 10th inning as Oakland recorded a 7-6 victory over the White Sox.
The Sox scored three runs in the eighth to take a 6-4 lead and briefly took a 10-4 lead on a Tim Anderson grand slam that would have marked his first home run of the season before being overturned after review … the A’s tied the game in the bottom of the frame on a balk by Joe Kelly and infield single by Tony Kemp.
Eloy Jiménez went 2-3 with a solo homer (No. 11) and two RBI, and Luis Robert Jr. was 3-5 with a double, two runs and a steal.
Dylan Cease posted a ND, allowing three runs on six hits over 5.1 IP … Kendall Graveman retired the first two batters in the 10th prior to the Andrus error.
