After winning the first meeting between the sides, 2-0, in March 2019, FC Cincinnati is winless in six straight against the New England Revolution (D2 L4). The New England Revolution have won all three of their visits to FC Cincinnati, the only team to play more than one way match at FC Cincinnati and win every time.

FC Cincinnati is the first MLS team to win each of its first 13 home matches of a season in all competitions. With a victory over New England, FC Cincinnati could become the first team to win its first 11 home league matches of a season and tie the second-longest all-competitions home winning streak at 14.

The New England Revolution has followed a six-match winless run in all competitions (D3 L3) with the club’s first three-match winning streak since September 2021. All three of those wins came at home as the New England Revolution are winless in four straight on the road (D2 L2).

Luciano Acosta has scored in each of his last five home matches for FC Cincinnati, the second-longest home scoring streak in club history (B. Vazquez – 6 straight in July – August 2022). Acosta’s current run is the longest home scoring streak by any MLS player this season.

Bobby Wood had a goal and an assist in the New England Revolution’s win over the Toronto Reds FC on Saturday. Wood has contributed to six goals in his last six MLS matches (4 goals, 2 assists), equaling his total from his previous 21 league games dating back to April 2022.
