MLS Preview: Los Angeles Football Club (7-2-5) at Sporting Kansas City (5-8-5)

Sporting Kansas City earned a 1-1 draw at BMO Stadium on May 17 in its first meetings with the Los Angeles Football Club this season, ending a three-match losing streak in the series. The four previous meetings have been at Sporting Kansas City have been split, with each team winning twice.

The Los Angeles Football Club have failed to score in five of its last six games after being shut out just five times in its previous 67 in all competitions.
