• Padres’ starter Michael Wacha was tapped for 7 runs (all earned) and 11 hits in his 4.1 IP…he surrendered 4 runs and 4 extra-base hits in the 1st inning, the most XBH he’s ever allowed in a single frame in his career.
• Jose Azocar, Trent Grisham, and Nelson Cruz all doubled, and Luis Campusano hit a solo home run in the 5th inning for his 3rd-career big fly.
