LAST GAME: March 23, 7-2 win vs. Tampa Bay: DeBrincat had a game-high three points (two goals, one assist) as Ottawa emerged with a 7-2 win over Tampa Bay at Canadian Tire Centre. The Senators saw their record improve to 17-1-1 when DeBrincat finds the back of the net. Tkachuk had the contest’s additional multi-goal effort to establish a new career high in single season tallies. Brannstrom registered one goal and one assist for his first multi-point effort of the season while Brassard and Watson also found the back of the net for the home side as Ottawa scored at least seven goals in a game against the Lightning for the first time since 3/13/18. Point and Sergachev scored for Tampa Bay. Sogaard earned the for Ottawa in making 27 saves while Elliott took the loss for Tampa Bay with 28 saves.
