The New England Revolution have won seven of their last eight games against D. C. United (L1), but D. C. United won their most recent encounter at Audi Field in April 2022 by a score of 3-2. D. C. United had only lost five of its previous 23 meetings with the New England Revolution in all competitions (W11 D7) prior to this eight-game stretch.
In its first two home games this season, D. C. United has won against Toronto FC and drawn with Columbus Crew SC. Since a five-match stretch between August and September 2021 (W4 D1), D.C. United has not lost three consecutive home games.

In Saturday’s 1-0 New England victory over Nashville SC, Gustavo Bou scored the only goal. Since making his New England debut in the middle of 2019, Bou has scored 41 goals—ten more than any other Revolution player under Bruce Arena—in the regular season and playoffs.
