NBA Preview: Charlotte Hornets (21-46) at Detroit Pistons (15-51)

On Tuesday, the Detroit Pistons almost made up for the absence of numerous starters and second-team players. Their ninth consecutive loss was the final outcome.

They’ll hope to end the slide when they have the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday night.

In the second half, Charlotte outscored the Knicks 62-39. Terry Rozier contributed 25 points and seven assists for the Hornets, and Gordon Hayward contributed 23 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists.

Charlotte had 12 turnovers to Charlotte’s 27 assists.
