The Ducks earned their second win of the road trip with a 5-2 victory over the Arizona Coyotes in their first ever visit to Mullet Arena. Cam Fowler scored two goals for the third time in his career and added an assist (2-1=3), tying a career high in points (sixth time, last: Nov. 4, 2018 vs. CBJ; 3-0=3). Fowler also matched a career high with a +4 rating (also Apr. 1, 2022 vs. ARI). Troy Terry also recorded a career-high 1-2=3 points with his 13th goal and two primary assists, his ninth career three-point outing and third of the campaign. Trevor Zegras recorded an assist to extend his career high point streak to six games (5-5=10). Frank Vatrano scored his eighth goal and added an assist (1-1=2) his second multi-point game as a Duck (also Dec. 15 @ MTL; 1-1=2). Adam Henrique scored tied Zegras for the team lead in goals with his 17th of the campaign, also extending his point streak to a season-tying six games (5-3=8), matching his other streak set Nov. 5-19 (5-3=8). Jaycob Megna, Kevin Shattenkirk and Jakob Silfverberg also tallied assists. Anthony Stolarz stopped 37-of-39 shots to pick up his fourth win of the season.

TONIGHT’S GAME: The Anaheim Ducks conclude a season-long six-game road trip tonight against the Colorado Avalanche at Ball Arena (6 p.m. PT, TV: Bally Sports West AUDIO: Ducks Stream). The Ducks have picked up points in three of the five games on the road trip (2-2-1, 5 pts.). The Ducks have also scored five PPG the last six games (5-18, 27.8%), tied for the fifth most PPG in that span (since Jan. 13). Anaheim is in the midst of a 13-game January schedule (4-6-1), consisting of seven home and six road contests. All-time, Anaheim is 166-146-38 in the month of January. Since the start of 2013-14, Anaheim is 62-45-10 in January, picking up points in 72 of the 116 contests (.621%). Following tonight’s game, the Ducks will host the Arizona Coyotes in their final game prior to the NHL’s All-Star break on Saturday, Jan. 28 at Honda Center (7:30 p.m. PT).
