The Ducks dropped a 5-2 contest Tuesday night in the second half of a back-to-back matchup at Philadelphia. Adam Henrique scored for the third straight game (3-1=4), marking his team-leading 15th goal. Trevor Zegras record an assist on the goal to push his point streak to three games (2-2=4) and John Klingberg added a point (assist) for the second straight game (1-1=2). ANAHEIM DUCKS NOTES
TONIGHT’S GAME: The Anaheim Ducks hit the midway point of a season-long six game road trip tonight against the Columbus Blue Jackets at Nationwide (4 p.m. PT, TV: Bally Sports SoCal AUDIO: Ducks Stream). The Ducks enter tonight’s contest having killed 34 of the last 40 penalties (85.0%) dating to Dec. 21 (spanning 12 games), fifth among Western Conference teams. The power play has tallied goals in four of the last five games (4-of-16), clicking at 25% in that span. Anaheim is in the midst of a 13-game January schedule (2-5-1), consisting of seven home and six road contests. All-time, Anaheim is 164-145-38 in the month of January.
