The Phillies have signed three additional selections from the 2022 MLB Draft: right-hander Alex McFarlane (fourth round), outfielder Emaarion Boyd (11th round) and right-hander Nathan Karaffa (20th round), the club announced today.
Overall, the club has signed 18 of its 19 overall selections in this year’s draft:

Additionally, the club has signed eight non-drafted free agents: right-hander Jack Dallas (Lamar University, TX), left-hander Braeden Fausnaught (West Chester University, PA), right-hander Eric Garcia (Eastern Florida State College, FL), infielder Otto Kemp (Point Loma Nazarene University, CA), catcher Ryan Leitch (Marshall University, WV), infielder Cole Moore (Dallas Baptist University, TX), infielder Ty Penner (University of British Columbia, Canada) and left-hander Andrew Walling (Mississippi State University, MS).
In total, the Phillies have signed 13 non-drafted free agents, including five who were previously announced: left-handers Mason Ronan (College of Central Florida, FL) and Danny Wilkinson (Villanova University, PA), infielder Matthew Alifano (Adelphi University, NY) and outfielders Ezra Farmer (Tahquitz High School, CA) and Dakota Kotowski (Missouri State University, MO).
