Islanders’ Barzal Fined for Unsportsmanlike Conduct

NEW YORK – New York Islanders forward Mathew Barzal has been fined $2,500 for unsportsmanlike conduct during NHL Game No. 723 in Toronto on Sunday, April 17, the National Hockey League’s Department of Player Safety announced today.

The incident occurred at 15:48 of the third period.

The money goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.
