The Toronto Blue Jays have reached an agreement with RHP Jeff Hoffman on a three-year contract worth $33 million.

Jeff Hoffman:

  • 2024 Performance: Hoffman posted a 2.17 ERA across 68 appearances for the Philadelphia Phillies, earning his first career All-Star nod. He struck out 89 batters and walked 16 over 66.1 innings, recording a 0.96 WHIP and holding opponents to a .197 batting average.
  • Career: Originally selected by the Blue Jays ninth overall in the 2014 First-Year Player Draft, Hoffman was traded to the Colorado Rockies the following summer and made his MLB debut in 2016.
