NEW YORK – Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley, Seattle Seahawks safety Coby Bryant and Dallas Cowboys wide receiver KaVontae Turpin are the NFC Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for Week 12 (November 21, 24-25).

OFFENSE: RB SAQUON BARKLEY, PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

  • Barkley registered a career-high 302 scrimmage yards (255 rushing, 47 receiving) in Week 12 – the ninth-most in a game in NFL history – in Philadelphia’s 37-20 win at the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football. Included in his career-high and franchise-record 255 rushing yards last week, Barkley became the sixth player in NFL history to record multiple rushing touchdowns of 70-or-more yards in a game, joining Pro Football Hall of Famers Lenny Moore (1956) and Barry Sanders (1997) as well as John Fuqua (1970), Frank Gore (2009) and Maurice Jones-Drew (2009).
  • This is the seventh-career Offensive Player of the Week Award for Barkley and fourth this season with Philadelphia, becoming the first Eagle ever to earn the honor four times in a season.
    • 2018: Week 11 (Giants)
    • 2019: Week 16 (Giants)
    • 2022: Week 1 (Giants)
    • 2024: Weeks 1, 7, 9, 12 (Eagles)
  • With his four Offensive Player of the Week awards this season, Barkley joins Pro Football Hall of Famers Terrell Davis (1998), Barry Sanders (1997) and LaDainian Tomlinson (2006) as the only running backs ever to earn Offensive Player of the Week four times in a single season.

DEFENSE: S COBY BRYANT, SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

  • Bryant recorded six tackles and a 69-yard interception-return touchdown in Seattle’s 16-6 victory against Arizona. His 69-yard return was the longest in the NFL and he was the only NFC player to return an interception for a touchdown in Week 12.
  • This is the first-career Defensive Player of the Week Award for Bryant, joining Quandre Diggs (2022) and Julian Love (2023) as the Seahawks safeties to win Defensive Player of the Week since 2018.
  • Bryant becomes the first-ever former Cincinnati safety to win Defensive Player of the Week honors.

SPECIAL TEAMS: WR KAVONTAE TURPIN, DALLAS COWBOYS

  • Turpin returned four kickoffs for 179 yards, including a 99-yard touchdown return in Dallas’ 34-26 win at Washington. Turpin, who had a 60-yard punt-return touchdown in Week 1, is the first player since Jamal Agnew (2019 with Detroit) with both a kick-return touchdown and punt-return touchdown in the same season.
  • This is the first-career Special Teams Player of the Week award for Turpin, as he becomes the sixth Cowboys wide receiver to win Special Teams Player of the Week and first since Dwayne Harris (2013).
  • Turpin becomes the second former TCU wide receiver to win Special Teams Player of the Week, joining Jeremy Kerley (Week 1, 2012).
