PokerStars Unveils New Events for PokerStars Open

A new era of European live poker events is set to begin with the launch of the PokerStars Open. This brand-new poker series will bring together existing national tour events across Europe under one banner for 2025.

The PokerStars Open will incorporate elements of the former UKIPT, EUREKA, ESTRELLAS, and FPS events that players have come to love, along with PokerStars’ renowned event organization. This combination will create unmissable poker festivals across some of Europe’s most vibrant destinations, featuring large guarantees, accessible buy-ins, packed schedules, and plenty of off-the-table activities.

Each festival will be headlined by a €1,100/£1,100 Open Main Event with a 1 million GTD (€/£) and will be supported by a comprehensive schedule, delivering the world-class level of PokerStars live event experiences.

The PokerStars Open will consist of six standalone stops, including three new locations, and two Open Main Events at EPT Monte Carlo and EPT Barcelona. Held at established partner casinos, players can enjoy the full PokerStars experience throughout the year. Highlights include industry-leading dealers and staff, seamless registration processes, unmissable player activities, and a detailed Live app for tracking and viewing tournament data efficiently.
