New York City FC Forward Arnau Farnós Undergoes Surgery

NEW YORK – New York City FC today announced that Forward Arnau Farnós underwent surgery at Montefiore Hospital to repair a lower left leg fracture and ankle injury. The Forward is expected to begin rehab immediately.

After signing a First Team contract this season from MLS NEXT Pro affiliate, New York City FC II, Farnós made 11 appearances across all competitions for the ‘Boys in Blue’ scoring his first goal with the Club in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.

Everyone at the Club sends its well wishes to Arnau in his recovery.
