In the trade, Miami acquired Andrew Wiggins, Davion Mitchell, and Kyle Anderson. All three players practiced with the Heat for the first time on Sunday and are expected to debut for their new team on Monday.
Wiggins, the No. 1 pick in the 2014 draft, averaged 17.6 points and 4.6 rebounds in 43 games with the Warriors this season. Mitchell, the No. 9 pick in the 2021 draft, is known for his defense and averaged 6.3 points per game for the Raptors this season. Anderson, the No. 30 pick in the 2014 draft, has played for San Antonio, Memphis, Minnesota, and Golden State, averaging 5.3 points per game in 36 games this season.
