Chris Paddack placed on 15-day Injured List

PHOENIX, AZ – The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have recalled right-handed pitcher Ronny Henriquez from Triple-A St. Paul.

Henriquez, 24, has gone 1-2 with a 3.52 ERA (38.1 IP, 15 ER), 10 walks, 37 strikeouts, a 1.25 WHIP and a .259 (38-for-147) opponent batting average in 22 appearances (1 start) for the Saints this season. This is his second stint with the Twins in 2024, after previously being with the club from April 22-25 and tossing 2.0 scoreless innings (2 H, 1 BB, 2 K) on April 22 vs. Chicago-AL.

To make room for Henriquez on the club’s 26-man roster, the Twins have placed right-handed pitcher Chris Paddack on the 15-day Injured List (retroactive to June 22) with right arm fatigue. Paddack, 28, has gone 5-3 with a 5.29 ERA (78.1 IP, 46 ER), 18 walks, 70 strikeouts and a 1.43 WHIP in 15 starts for the Twins this season.
