Minnesota Lynx Sign Taylor Soule to Training Camp Contract

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has signed forward Taylor Soule to a training camp contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not released.

Soule, a 5-11 native of New Lebanon, N.H., was drafted 28th overall by the Lynx in the 2023 WNBA Draft. She saw action for Minnesota in two preseason games and totaled 12 points, four rebounds and three steals throughout 35 minutes of play. She later signed a contract with the Chicago Sky and tallied minutes in 15 games for the Sky. Leading up to her career in the WNBA, Soule had a successful collegiate career with Virginia Tech in the 2022-23 season where she averaged 10.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game and helped lead the Hokies to the program’s first Final Four appearance. Following one season at Virginia Tech and four seasons with Boston College prior, she holds collegiate career averages of 12.8 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists across 149 games (138 starts).
